How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items can only be exhanged if the package is sealed and we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the volatile nature of the sportscard market, sales are final outside of the 24 hour window.
How much is the return shipping fee?
You are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong product. Contact us for more information.
I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
Due to the volatile market of sports cards, we cannot accept returns for refunds. If the item you recieved is incorrect we will replace it for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of recieving item.
